The Church Law Firm is dedicated to providing competent representation of people who have been damaged by the wrongful conduct of others, to obtain justice on their behalf.

Rayma Church opened the Church Law Firm to concentrate on representing the wrongfully terminated and injured. During her career she has represented individuals:

Terminated because of gender, gender preference, disability and age
Terminated because of advocacy of equity
Terminated because of whistle-blowing activity
Injured in vehicle collisions, including big rigs and heavy equipment
Injured by defective or unsafe products
Injured by unsafe conditions of property, private and public

Plaintiff cases are handled on a Contingency Fee basis, meaning there is no fee owed if no recovery is obtained. The CHURCH LAW FIRM receives a percentage of any recovery obtained unless there is a separate award of attorney's fees. The Church Law Firm handles cases in the San Joaquin Valley and neighboring Sierra Nevada areas.

There is no consultation fee. Office business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; however, appointments can be scheduled outside of regular business hours and days.
